Would your organization like to join the coalition? Member organizations are expected to endorse the goals and mission of GreenNet and are encouraged to collaborate on complimentary projects, attend meetings to share organizational updates and participate in GreenNet activities and committees.
Become a Supporter
GreenNet is always seeking donations of materials or services for community greening around Chicago. If your business can donate surplus or sample materials we will see that it gets distributed to the volunteers who can use them! The following are most commonly requested, but many other resources would also be welcome:
Materials
- Clean Topsoil
- Compost
- Gardening Tools (spades, hoses, gloves, etc)
- Untreated timbers for raised beds
- Compost bins or materials to make compost bins
Professional Services
- Carpentry
- Garden Design
- Grant Writing
We do not take individual members or volunteers. However, many of our member organizations are happy to have volunteers! If you would like to make a donation or join GreenNet, please fill out our membership/donation form and thank you!
